We will be on the hunt for goal scorer for Black Stars – C.K Akunnor

Head Coach of the Black Stars C.K Akunnor says he will look for a good goal scorer for the team.

This was after his side failed to score a goal in their second friendly game as they drew 0-0 with Ivory Coast.

C.K after the game spoke with the StarTimes crew and said that he is aware the team lacks a goal scorer and he will do his best to find someone who can score.

“We need to improve in our attack, if there’s anybody who is a scorer and good we will look for that person but so far we have to work hard in that area because without goals you can’t win a game.”

The Black Stars played Morocco in Rabat and lost 1-0 before drawing blank against Ivory Coast last Saturday/.

Their next assignment will be in September when they take on Ethiopia in the World Cup qualifiers.
