Hasaacas Ladies beat Ampem Darkoa to win Women’s FA Cup

Hasaacas Ladies beat Ampem Darkoa 2-0 in the finals of the Women’s FA Cup.

The game which was played as a curtain raiser for the Ghana Premier League game between Legon Cities and Bechem United saw lots of excitement.

The match started brightly for the two sides but it was Hasaacas that scored the opener in the 25 to minute.

Doris Boaduwaa scored after goalkeeper Evelyn Yeboah came rushing out of her post.

That set the tone for the second goal which Milot Abena Pokua put away in a very tight angle to make it 2-0 to Hasaacas before half time.

The second half produced no goals and Hasaacas have now done the double over Ampem Darkoa.

Hasaacas beat them 4-0 last week to win the Women’s Premier League final and have beaten them again to clinch their first FA Cup.
